Lance Jenkins, Play-By-Play Announcer

Lance Jenkins is the agency manager for Farm Bureau Insurance of Reidsville and serves as the play-by-play announcer for Rams football on the Reidsville Radio Network.

 

Jenkins first worked high school football play-by-play  as an announcer on FM 102.3 WPTM for the Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. He returned to radio when he launched the Richmond Observer, a daily publication that serves Richmond County, North Carolina. There he became the first news anchor on LIVE AT 5, Richmond County's nightly news, the first host of The RO Sports Show, and the first morning show host for Good Morning Sandhills. Jenkins is still part-owner of The Richmond Observer and its affiliated programming.

 

Jenkins is a NC State Wolfpack and Carolina Panthers fan, and spends his weekends during the fall watching football and going to games.

 

 

 

Blake Kelley, Color Commentator

Blake Kelley serves as color commentator for Rams football on the Reidsville Radio Network.

 

A native of Reidsville, Kelley is currently a senior at Reidsville High School and works at Pennrose Park Country Club. He plans to attend UNC Charlotte after graduation and desires to work in either broadcasting or business with the National Basketball Association (NBA).

 

Blake is the son of Allan and Kim Kelley, also of Reidsville.
